ADHD Business Coach for Entrepreneurs

Does any of this sound familiar?

I work with entrepreneurs, founders, and high-performing professionals who are outwardly successful but privately exhausted, overwhelmed, or close to burnout.

Many of my clients are capable, driven, and deeply responsible. They have built success through intelligence, persistence, and sheer effort.

But behind the scenes, they may be overthinking, people-pleasing, struggling to delegate, working in constant urgency, or feeling as though everything depends on them.

For entrepreneurs with ADHD, diagnosed or not, success can often be powered by pressure, perfectionism, intensity, and overcompensation, until that success starts to feel unsustainable, and eventually ADHD burnout becomes the cost no one warned you about.

Before becoming a certified ADHD coach for entrepreneurs and professionals, I spent over 13 years as a Chartered Financial Planner, running my own practice and working as a self-employed consultant to business owners and high-performing professionals facing significant pressure and responsibility.

Today, as a certified coach trained through an accredited ADHD coaching programme, I combine professional training, lived experience, and years of working with high-performing entrepreneurs and professionals navigating burnout, overwhelm, and pressure-driven success.

What Burnout Actually Looks Like for Entrepreneurs

I know this territory personally.

From the outside, my own life looked successful. I had built a respected financial planning business, served loyal clients, and created the kind of professional life many people work hard to achieve.

But privately, I was becoming disconnected from myself, my family, and the life my success was supposed to support.

After being unexpectedly diagnosed with ADHD, I began to understand the deeper patterns that had shaped much of my life and career:

Overthinking. People-pleasing. Difficulty delegating. Black-and-white thinking. Constantly feeling responsible for everything.

But the diagnosis was only the beginning. What changed everything was understanding what those patterns were costing me, and realising I could no longer build a life around work that conflicted with my values and constantly drained my energy.

This is what ADHD burnout recovery can look like from the inside, and why I now coach others through it.

Today, I help high-capability people build a more sustainable way to succeed.

Coaching helps you understand your patterns, work with your brain, protect your energy, lead more effectively, delegate more confidently, and create success that does not require constant self-sacrifice.

This is not about becoming less ambitious.

It is about accessing your capability without burning yourself out to prove it.
