Let’s Talk

Clarity Before Commitment

Start with a 30 minute ADHD Discovery Call.
This structured call helps you:

You’ll leave with insight and direction, whether or not we continue.

Most people say their only regret is not doing this sooner. Many wait until things are already falling apart. Coaching is an investment in your wellbeing, relationships, and future.

Coaching can help you be your best self.

What Clients Have Said...

Many clients say they wish they’d started sooner. Trying to manage alone often leads to burnout, relationship strain, and missed career opportunities. Coaching can help protect your energy, rebuild your confidence, and stop the cycle of frustration.

Client Story: Pamela

“Working with Michael has been genuinely transformative.”

Understanding numbers and money never came naturally to me. Despite growing up in a family of accountants and mathematicians, I somehow only managed to accumulate a lot of confusion, avoidance, and shame around anything to do with numbers and money. I tried to emulate their systems, and when I couldn’t keep up or make them work for me, I felt like a failure.

When I was diagnosed with ADHD, I finally began to see that my struggles were simply to do with being wired differently. I knew if I wanted to be in control of my money and my future, I needed help from someone who not only understood money and numbers, but understood my ADHD brain too.

Working with Michael has been genuinely transformative. Over the course of a few months, he helped me develop strategies that actually work with my brain, not against it. These weren’t cookie-cutter solutions, but creative, unconventional approaches that finally made sense to me. I now have practical systems in place for my household spending, my children’s finances, my savings, and even investments — something I had never felt confident enough to do before.

What I appreciated most is that Michael didn’t give me answers — he helped me uncover my own. With patience, insight, and a real understanding of how ADHD affects me, he helped me develop many tools I use daily — not just around money, but in how I organise myself, how I approach tasks, and even how I maintain my physical and mental health.

The impact went far beyond money. I can’t recommend Michael highly enough. This work has been a game changer for me.

Maybe we’ve answered them below. We love getting into the details so the best way to start your journey is to schedule a consultation

ADHD affects attention, focus, and impulse control, often beginning in childhood and continuing into adulthood. It can feel like trying to read on a merry-go-round or driving with two conflicting parts of yourself. At New Dawn ADHD Coaching, we help you determine if ADHD is a factor and guide you to thrive with it.

Therapy focuses on healing past experiences and emotional challenges. ADHD coaching is action-oriented, helping you manage day-to-day struggles, build routines, and move forward. Many clients benefit from doing both. Therapy offers deep emotional support, while coaching offers structure, accountability, and practical tools.

A qualified ADHD coach brings both empathy and specialized training. Unlike general life coaches, ADHD coaches understand the neuroscience and patterns behind ADHD and offer strategies tailored to your needs. Unqualified coaching can leave you feeling more stuck. With professional support, clients often see life-changing shifts within a few months.

“Our coaching changed my life.” – Tim S

Yes – and it makes a big difference. I have ADHD too, so I understand the challenges first-hand: procrastination, planning struggles, and mental overload. This shared experience means we can connect more deeply from the start.

Clients often say they feel “truly heard” in a way they haven’t before.

There’s no quick fix – but most clients start noticing meaningful changes in just 3 months. Coaching is about building up your confidence one brick at a time: we make small, sustainable changes to thinking patterns and habits that lead to lasting transformation over time. We go at your pace.

Sessions typically last around 50 minutes. However, we may be able to extend if needed. Interestingly, some of the most effective sessions are shorter and more focused.

Yes. You are paying for coaching as you want the best for your child so it’s only natural they will get the outcomes you want out of it. In this case we can agree the objectives all together upfront. Most sessions will be between myself and your child and therefore confidential, but we will have regular review points to discuss progress to make you feel included.

If Access to Work or your employer is covering your sessions, the rate is £180, however I can help create a coaching and payment plan tailored to you dependent on your grant, and support you with the admin. If your funding situation changes, you can switch to private payment or back again – just let me know in advance so we can update the setup smoothly.

Before we talk about next steps, I always like to understand what you’re hoping to gain from coaching. What would feel like a meaningful outcome for you? This helps us focus our time and energy where it matters most.

Coaching is a financial investment. If you’re currently in crisis or dealing with significant debt, this might not be the right time to begin. Coaching works best when you’re in a position to commit time, energy and financial resources to making change.

That said, you’re very welcome to stay connected in other ways until the time feels right. I share regular tips, personal stories and ADHD-friendly strategies through my email newsletter. You can sign up here to receive them straight to your inbox.
