Michael is an excellent coach and listener and asks on-point, thought provoking questions that really help to unwrap challenges, allowing us to work out strategies to deal with them. He gets how ADHD minds work and knows what strategies are likely to succeed.
I’ve been struggling to establish good habits and routines for a while now but with Michael’s coaching I feel like I’m getting back on track, have a more positive mindset, and I’m coping much better with things that I typically struggle with.
