Terms & Conditions

Welcome to New Dawn ADHD Coaching! I aim to provide you with a positive coaching experience in which we will work together to identify and reach your goals, developing strategies to overcome your challenges and live more of the life you want. Please take a moment to review these terms of
business.

Coaching Service & Prices:

The coaching services are offered on a monthly basis. The cost per session is £180 when coaching sessions are funded through Access to Work and discounted to £150 per session for self-funded clients. As I am not VAT registered, there is no VAT to pay.

Most clients receive one fifty-minute session per week either online (Zoom) or via phone, and payments are made in advance each month through Stripe by subscription.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

I understand that life can bring unexpected commitments. Upon receiving the dates for the upcoming month, you will have the opportunity to request changes to your coaching sessions if needed. Once the sessions are confirmed, they are committed and cannot be rearranged or refunded within the month except in emergency situations, for which at least 48 hours’ notice is requested. Coaching sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice need to be paid for.

While I will make every effort to accommodate you, I cannot guarantee alternative time slots. If you decide to discontinue coaching, please provide notice by email or through a discussion before the next month begins. Your coaching sessions will continue until the end of the pre-paid month, and monthly coaching payments will be cancelled. I kindly ask for at least one month’s notice to allow me to offer your time slot to another client. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy or any other matter, please feel free to contact me via email.
