One to One Coaching
Feeling stuck in cycles of burnout, avoidance or self-criticism?
Coaching helps you create lasting changes in your wellbeing, relationships, work and future. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, build systems that work for your brain, and move forward with confidence.
What we'll work on
Everyone’s needs are different. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore:
How ADHD impacts your home life, relationships, work and finances
What’s not working for you right now – and what life could feel like instead
Your hidden strengths and how to use them
Practical ways to stay organised and manage daily life
Building better communication, especially with your partner
Understanding emotional patterns like overwhelm and avoidance
Managing time, energy, and attention in ADHD-friendly ways
Building ADHD-friendly routines that actually work
What Clients Have Said...
Many clients say they wish they’d started sooner. Trying to manage alone often leads to burnout, relationship strain, and missed career opportunities. Coaching can help protect your energy, rebuild your confidence, and stop the cycle of frustration.
“Working with Michael has been genuinely transformative. I now have practical systems in place for my household spending, my children’s finances, my savings, and even investments – something I had never felt confident enough to do before. This work has been a game changer for me.”
Let’s Talk
Clarity Before Commitment
Start with a 20-minute ADHD Discovery Call.
This structured call helps you:
- Understand what’s keeping you stuck
- Clarify what coaching could look like
- Take a confident step forward
You’ll leave with insight and direction, whether or not we continue.
Most people say their only regret is not doing this sooner. Many wait until things are already falling apart. Coaching is an investment in your wellbeing, relationships, and future.
Coaching can help you be your best self.

Any Questions?
Maybe we’ve answered them below. We love getting into the details so the best way to start your journey is to schedule a consultation
What happens in the discovery session?
This is not a sales call. It is a coaching conversation.
We use the time to:
Explore how ADHD shows up in your life
Identify what outcomes would be meaningful for you
Make sure we both feel it’s the right fit
You’ll leave with more clarity, whether or not we work together.
“Before meeting Michael, I felt trapped and overwhelmed. A short meeting changed everything. He helped us see a clear path forward. I felt lighter and hopeful.”
Lucy AI booked a coaching session with Michael, and it turned out to be a very revealing experience. Honestly, I’m impressed with myself for even booking it, as it’s not something I’d usually do.
It felt more like a natural conversation than anything formulaic, which I really appreciated. I even found myself quite enjoying it! Michael has a way of making things feel effortless and reassuring, which made the whole process so much easier for me. Stevie W
What is ADHD?
ADHD affects attention, focus, and impulse control, often beginning in childhood and continuing into adulthood. It can feel like trying to read on a merry-go-round or driving with two conflicting parts of yourself. At New Dawn ADHD Coaching, we help you determine if ADHD is a factor and guide you to thrive with it.

How is ADHD coaching different from therapy, and can I do both?
Therapy focuses on healing past experiences and emotional challenges. ADHD coaching is action-oriented, helping you manage day-to-day struggles, build routines, and move forward. Many clients benefit from doing both. Therapy offers deep emotional support, while coaching offers structure, accountability, and practical tools.
Why is professional ADHD coaching worth the investment?
A qualified ADHD coach brings both empathy and specialized training. Unlike general life coaches, ADHD coaches understand the neuroscience and patterns behind ADHD and offer strategies tailored to your needs. Unqualified coaching can leave you feeling more stuck. With professional support, clients often see life-changing shifts within a few months.
“Michael helped me build routines, stay on track, and feel more positive.” – Tom M
“Our coaching changed my life.” – Tim S
Can you coach me if you also have ADHD?
Yes – and it makes a big difference. I have ADHD too, so I understand the challenges first-hand: procrastination, planning struggles, and mental overload. This shared experience means we can connect more deeply from the start.
Clients often say they feel “truly heard” in a way they haven’t before.
Read more about my story on the About page.
How long does ADHD coaching take to show results?
There’s no quick fix – but most clients start noticing meaningful changes in just 3 months. Coaching is about building up your confidence one brick at a time: we make small, sustainable changes to thinking patterns and habits that lead to lasting transformation over time. We go at your pace.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions typically last around 50 minutes. However, we may be able to extend if needed. Interestingly, some of the most effective sessions are shorter and more focused.
If I am paying for my child, will I be involved?
Where a parent is supporting or funding coaching, we will usually agree the overall objectives together at the start so everyone is clear about what we are working towards.
The coaching sessions themselves are a confidential space between myself and your child, allowing them to talk openly and get the most from coaching. We can agree together what updates are shared and have regular review points to discuss progress, while respecting their privacy and independence.
What if my coaching is funded by Access to Work or my employer? Can I switch later?
If Access to Work or your employer is covering your sessions, the rate is £180, however I can help create a coaching and payment plan tailored to you dependent on your grant, and support you with the admin. If your funding situation changes, you can switch to private payment or back again – just let me know in advance so we can update the setup smoothly.
Is Coaching Right for You Right Now?
Before we talk about next steps, I always like to understand what you’re hoping to gain from coaching. What would feel like a meaningful outcome for you? This helps us focus our time and energy where it matters most.
Coaching is a financial investment. If you’re currently in crisis or dealing with significant debt, this might not be the right time to begin. Coaching works best when you’re in a position to commit time, energy and financial resources to making change.
That said, you’re very welcome to stay connected in other ways until the time feels right. I share regular tips, personal stories and ADHD-friendly strategies through my email newsletter. You can sign up here to receive them straight to your inbox.
